Does this work with my existing WhatsApp number?+

Yes. Alado uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You connect a WhatsApp Business number from your Meta developer account — we walk you through it step by step, and you keep full ownership of the number.

What exactly is a “reply”?+

One AI-generated answer sent to a customer. If a customer sends three quick messages in a row, the assistant answers them together and that counts as one reply. Failed deliveries are never charged.

What happens when the assistant doesn't know the answer?+

It never guesses. It only answers from your knowledge base. For anything it can't answer — or when a customer asks for a person, complains, or asks about a specific order — it sends your hand-off message and flags the conversation for you.

Which languages are supported?+

The assistant replies in whatever language the customer writes in — English, Malay, Chinese, Thai, Indonesian and many more. You can also pin default languages.

Can I switch it off?+
